ABOUT ME

Hi. I’m Jhenya—a holistic voice coach, sound alchemist, and vocal mentor with over 20 years of experience guiding others on their vocal journeys. With more than 30 years as a singer, performer, and over 13 years of experience as a recording artist, I’ve dedicated my life to helping people discover the power of their raw, authentic voice.

As the founder of Conscious Singing with Jhenya, I’ve mentored hundreds of singers, artists, and individuals—whether seasoned professionals or complete beginners—helping them find freedom in their expression, confidence in their voice, and a deeper connection to themselves. My background includes a BM in Classical Voice, years of recording across multiple genres, and a YTT 200 certification in yoga, which I integrate into my holistic approach to all of my private voice coachings, group voice activation circles, my community and my sound healing music.

After stepping away from opera due to vocal health struggles, I rediscovered my true VOICE as Indee Star. This profound and painful experience completely reshaped my artistry, my purpose and who I was a person.

Today, I have facilitated countless sold-out Voice Activation Circle events here in the metro Atlanta area. I guide people on a daily basis—especially women—toward vocal liberation, healing, and self-empowerment. Many of my former students have gone on to tour the world, amass millions of streams, and build thriving music careers while others who are not necessarily pursuing a singing or artist career have had major life break thrus, break ups and shifts in their life that have absolutely transformed and empowered them for the better. This all would happen after sometimes only having one session with me.

I believe that every voice holds power—whether you’re a professional singer, a creative, or someone who’s never considered themselves a vocalist. My mission is to help you reconnect with your voice as a tool for presence, energy alignment, and personal transformation.
